Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
- South Africa: 7–14 business days
- International: 14–21 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in our prices.
