Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-returnable items Due to hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened skincare or hair removal products
• Items marked as final sale

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kopanommusi447@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We will make it right.
